Prices include bed linen, towels, firewood and normal final cleaning (cleaning time 2 hours). You can also ask us for day or weekend offers! We reserve the right to change prices.

Reservation fee

The booking fee for the A1 season is 50% of the rental price and for the A2, B and C seasons the booking fee is 30% of the rental price. Booking fees must be paid within 14 days of booking. The rest of the rental price is paid no later than 1 month before using the cottage. If you have to cancel your booking after paying the booking fee, we will not refund the booking fee paid.

Reservation
Reservations must be made by e-mail by sending a message to prokatka@saunalahti.fi. The message should indicate the desired rental period, the renter's phone number, which is not secret or prepaid. In addition, a picture of your passport or driving license must be attached.
Once the rental period and price have been agreed and the reservation has been entered in the reservation calendar mentioned below, we will confirm the reservation and then the lease agreement mentioned below has been created.

To make a reservation, please contact us by email or phone. We require proof of identity with a driving license or passport when booking. We do not accept bookings with prepaid contact details.

Lease
The lease agreement is created when the rental period and price have been agreed and the reservation has been confirmed and entered in the calendar of  www.nettimokki.fi
At the same time, the tenant accepts the attached Prokätkä rental terms.

Login and logout

Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Deviating times are possible, but must be agreed separately.
