Prokätkä is a spacious holiday villa accommodating 8–10 guests, designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay in Levi throughout the year.
The ground floor features two bedrooms and a large, open-plan living room extending all the way to the roof. The impressive fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere – the perfect place to relax after a day in the fells.
The villa also features elegant sauna facilities, two toilets, a spacious kitchen and a dining area for up to 10 people.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a lounge area with a sofa bed.

The washroom has two showers and a separate toilet.

The villa also has a washing machine, drying cabinet, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be included in the rental by prior agreement.
The spacious yard provides ample parking space for cars and snowmobile trailers.

We reserve the right to make changes to our prices.
BOOKING FEE
During A1 peak season, there is no separate booking fee. The agreed final rental amount is invoiced when the booking is made.
For seasons A2, B and C, the booking fee is 30% of the rental price.
The booking fee must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation.
The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than one month before the rental period begins, by a separate final invoice.
If you cancel your reservation after paying the booking fee, the booking fee is non-refundable.

For security and identification purposes, we require proof of identity when making a reservation.
Once the rental period and price have been agreed and the reservation has been entered into our booking calendar, the reservation is confirmed and the rental agreement becomes effective.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The rental agreement becomes effective once the rental period and price have been agreed, the reservation has been confirmed and the booking has been entered into the booking calendar.
By confirming the reservation, the tenant accepts the Prokätkä rental terms and conditions.
Please read the rental terms carefully, paying particular attention to the costs and conditions relating to cancellations and changes.

Check-in: from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Alternative arrival and departure times may be possible by separate agreement.
